  3. Who do I contact if I have problems with my Play+ Account?
    If you have problems with your Play+ Account, call 702-359-6439 or email support@playplusgo.com. (Please be advised, it may take up to 24 hours to hours for their team to respond via email.)
  4. Why won’t Play+ accept my VISA card?
    Play+ is not currently accepting your VISA Card due to recent changes to VISA Card policies that have ceased fund transfers from VISA Cards. ACH & MasterCard payments are still supported funding sources within Play+.
  5. Why can’t I place a bet?
    If you can’t place a bet, your bet amount may be too high, or you may not have enough funds in your account.

  6. Why do I keep getting the “Not in Nevada” error?
    The “Not in Nevada” error can occur when you try to place a bet before your location is verified on your phone. If you experience this, restart the app and try betting again. Give the app about 10 seconds to verify your location when you first start it up.

    If you still have issues, check the following:
    1. Turn on location services on your device.
    2. Check your Wi-Fi or cellular connection.

    Also remember, you can only place bets in the State of Nevada.

  7. How do I update my contact information?
    To update your phone number or email address go to My Profile > Personal Details.

  8. Why is 2-Factor Authentication not working for me?

  9. How do I cancel a bet?

  10. How do I dispute a bet?

  11. Why does the app keep crashing?
    If the app keeps crashing, close any other running apps and restart your device. Make sure your device is not running on low battery. If this doesn’t help, delete and reinstall the app. You may also need to update your device’s software to its latest version. If you continue to have issues, please Contact Us .   1. Why do I keep getting sent back to the login screen of the application when I have not logged out?
    Getting sent back to the login screen after a period of inactivity is done for security reasons and is normal. You are encouraged to log in with biometric authentication (Fingerprint or Face ID) for a faster and more secure login experience.

  2. What do I do if my device freezes in the middle of placing a wager?
    If your phone freezes in the middle of placing a wager, first reboot your device and restart the application. If the bet was completed, it will be listed in your Bet History. If you think there are any inconsistencies or problems with your account, contact us at 702-888-7501 or fill out our Contact Us form.   3. Why does the application require location services to be enabled on my device?
    Location Services is required to confirm that you are physically in Nevada. Due to Nevada gaming regulations, you must be in the State of Nevada to make wagers.
  4. How do I enable location services?
    You can enable location services for your iOS device by following the instructions found here. Instructions for Android devices can be found here.
  5. I live in a state (not Nevada) where sports betting is permitted. Can I use the Boyd Sports app to place bets from there?
    You can access the app outside of Nevada to perform certain functions within the Boyd Sports App. However, the app does not allow the placing of wagers outside of the State of Nevada (and that’s even if your state permits online sports betting.)
  6. Why am I getting an error about unauthorized apps?
    If you get an error about unauthorized apps, you must close those applications that are currently running before you will be allowed to access the Boyd Sports app. This is because these apps may not be in compliance with Nevada gaming regulations.
  7. What versions of the Android Operating System (OS) are supported by the Boyd Sports app?
    Android OS 7.0 and above are supported by the Boyd Sports App.
  8. What versions of the iPhone Operating System (iOS) are supported by the Boyd Sports app?
    iOS 12.0 and above is supported by the Boyd Sports App.
  9. My device is "rooted" or "unlocked". Can I still use the Boyd Sports mobile application on my phone?
    If your device is “rooted” or “unlocked”, you cannot use Boyd Sports on your phone. In order to unroot your phone, you may need to reset it to factory settings or update it to the latest software version. Contact your manufacturer for support. Be advised, resetting your phone to factory settings may erase all its personal data.
  10. On my Android device, I selected the download button to download the Boyd Sports mobile app, but nothing happens.
    If you selected the download button to download the Boyd Sports app, but nothing happens, the next step is to install the app. To install the application, select the phone's menu button from an open browser window. From this menu select 'Downloads'. Select app.apk to complete the installation.

  1. If I am having problems logging into the new app, where can I find assistance?

  3. How do I view my betting history?
    You can check your Transaction History via the Transaction History menu option within the app, please note, this will only display transactions made on the new app.

    Balance information is in the Balance option and will reflect your transferred balance and all balance activity made on the new app.

    Bet History can be found when you select the Bet History menu option and will only reflect Bets made on the new app.

  4. When will my B Connected Points be posted on my account?
    Your B Connected account will reflect the points earned through sports bet within 48 hours.
  5. How do I fund my Boyd Sports account or make deposits?
    You can fund your Boyd Sports account with cash at any Boyd Gaming Race & Sports Counter. Cash advances must be processed first at the Casino Cage. Boyd Gaming Casino gaming chips must be processed first at the Casino Cage. You can also fund your account with Debit Cards (MasterCard or ACH) using your Play+ Account. PayNearMe allows you to deposit funds to your account at over 350 locations across Nevada, such as 7-Eleven and more.
  6. How do I fund my Play+ account?
    Play+ allows you to add and transfer funds on-the-go in Nevada.

    Follow these steps in order to play with Play+:
    1. Log in to the Boyd Sports app
    2. Press "My Profile” on the bottom right corner of your screen.
    3. Select Deposit
    4. Select B Connected Play+. From here, there are several different steps you can take, including enroll, add funds in real-time, play games, and instantly access your winnings.
  7. How do I fund my PayNearMe account
    PayNearMe allows you to deposit funds to your account at over 350 locations across Nevada, such as 7-Eleven and more

    Follow these steps to pay with PayNearMe:
    1. Log in to the Boyd Sports app
    2. Press "My Profile” on the bottom right corner of your screen.
    3. Select Deposit
    4. Select PayNearMe and follow the steps on screen.
  8. How long will it take to process my PayNearMe deposit?
    It takes about 15 minutes for your PayNearMe deposit to reflect on your account.

  1. Where can I sign up for a Boyd Sports account?
    You can sign up for Boyd Sports at any of these eight (8) Boyd Gaming sports books: The Orleans, Gold Coast, Suncoast, Sam's Town Las Vegas, California, Fremont, Aliante and Cannery. You will not be able to sign up for an account through the app and must visit one of the Boyd Gaming sportsbooks.
  2. What kind of information do I need to provide in person at the Sportsbook to sign up for Boyd Sports?
    When signing up at a Sportsbook, you need to fill out the Boyd Sports Registration Form, provide your B Connected card, social security number and a valid driver's license / ID.
  3. How long does it take to sign up for a Boyd Sports account?
    Provided that you have all the necessary information to sign up, it only takes a matter of minutes to sign up for a Boyd Sports account.
  4. How do I close my Boyd Sports account?
    You can close your account by visiting any of these eight (8) Boyd Gaming sports books: The Orleans, Gold Coast, Suncoast, Sam's Town Las Vegas, California, Fremont, Aliante and Cannery.
  5. Can a friend or family member make a deposit to my account for me?
    Friends or family are unable to make deposits on your behalf. All Boyd Sports wagering account transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, must be made by the account holder only. Agents or other representatives are not permitted.
  6. What happens if I move out of Nevada?
    If you move out of Nevada, you will no longer be able to make wagers using the Boyd Sports app. This is a stipulation of the Nevada Gaming Control Board. However, you may keep your account open and use it any time you visit Nevada.
